Upon arrival in Sevilla, you will be transferred to your hotel in Vejer de la Frontera; a small luxury boutique hotel set in a restored 16th-century house. From its privileged hilltop position in this picturesque village of the Costa de la Luz, this gem of a hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Andalusian countryside. Your first afternoon and evening free in this pretty town before you enjoy a delicious Mediterranean welcome dinner.

The Flavours of Andalusia

Today's food tour will give you a unique insight into Spanish food culture, starting with shopping for supplies in Vejer's local market. During your creative hands-on class using delicious local ingredients, a hint of exotic Moroccan flavours and more than just a splash of Spanish wine and sherry, you will create authentic Spanish “slow food”. With a relaxed and fun atmosphere, this cooking class is the ideal food experience, even for non-cooks!

Relax & Reconnect with Nature

Start your day off right with a yoga lesson before heading out to the countryside for a truly rural adventure and delightful gastronomic experience. Learn about organic farming at La Dehesa Biodinámica; an agro-ecological project that brings you closer to biodynamic agriculture and permaculture. After a farm-to-table lunch, you will head back to your hotel to relax before meeting up with your group again for dinner.

A Breath of Fresh Air

After a fabulously scenic drive through the Alcornocales Natural Park, start your hike to admire the beautiful natural reserve known for its cork oak trees and enjoy an outdoor picnic lunch in this gorgeous natural setting. Then, it's on to your next accommodation in La Viñuela where you'll enjoy some well-deserved pampering at your hotel's marvellously relaxing spa to find a little inner peace. This fantastic day will end with a delicious dinner.

A Little Country & A Little Zen

This day of adventure starts with either a horseback riding or a cycling experience in the heart of the Axarquia Nature Reserve. This will be followed with a visit to one of Spain’s most beautiful villages and end with a relaxing and centring yoga session by the Mediterranean Sea in Nerja. You will then head back to your hotel for dinner with your group.

The Fruits of the Mediterranean

Today you'll head to one of the busiest fishing ports on the Mediterranean coast for a visit to the local fish market, a ride on a catamaran for drinks, some snorkelling, swimming, and a paella show cooking! After a lovely lunch on board, you'll head back to your hotel where you will have the afternoon free before meeting up with your group again for your farewell dinner.
