Overview
This seven-day iconic Sydney and surrounds trip really shows off what the Australian state of New South Wales has to offer!
This luxury self-drive tour will take you from iconic Sydney, New South Wales, to the Blue Mountains and finish at Fisherman’s Point on the Hawkesbury River. You will start with a Sydney tour including a Harbour bridge climb, lunch harbour cruise and an afternoon at Bondi Beach.
City exploring done, you'll look to a blue horizon of eucalyptus trees that appear to stretch on forever, and expect to be enchanted by the natural beauty of the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. The town of Katoomba sits on the edge of a cliff, offering breathtaking views of the craggy Three Sisters rock formation. The views of the World Heritage-listed rainforest and dramatic escarpments stretch over the horizon.
You'll finish your tour with some remote indulgence. A highly exclusive retreat nestled between the Hawkesbury River and Marramarra National Park at Fisherman’s Point, Marramarra Lodge is breathtakingly exquisite. Access is by river only with scheduled boat transfers; this is just the beginning of your incredible experience.

Onwards to the Spectacular Blue Mountains

Travel to the Remote Indulgence of Marramarra Lodge with Gourmet Sunset Cruise

Today, you'll head back down the mountain and head to Fishermans’ Point which adjoins the Marramarra National Park. With no roads, hiking and boating provide the best way to discover the culture, history and wildlife. Typical wildlife seen at Marramarra Lodge includes sea eagles, lyrebirds, wallabies, goannas, bandicoots, black and white cockatoos, bush turkeys and kookaburras. In the evening, consider joining the delightful champagne and oysters sunset cruise from Marramarra Lodge.

You'll begin the day with a special tour to see the growing and opening of a pearl oyster and beautiful jewellery. The fifth-generation pearler's story stretching back to Broome is intriguing.
