Begin your Australia east coast tour by picking up your rental vehicle from either Brisbane Airport and head into the city. Explore the best of Brisbane; discover something cool and funky in every direction. Laneways of Asian street food, bustling bars and eateries with live music, chic galleries, and concept stores showcasing Australian fashion labels; Brisbane has creativity seeping from the cracks. Pre-dinner canapes will be served each evening at the Spicers Balfour Hotel.

A Day at Leisure to Explore

Head out of the city to see the natural landscapes that Queensland is famous for! If are wanting some adventure why not head over to Moreton Bay and paddle the rivers and creek? Or head to Stradbroke, Bribie Islands, Tamborine Mountain and the World Heritage Fraser Island. Explore some of the most beautiful walks in the world, through Lake McKenzie and Central Station Rainforest, up to the Lake Wabby moving sand dunes for something truly spectacular.

Drive to Byron Bay

Hit the road and from Brisbane to Byron Bay and make it an exciting road trip journey. Head to Cedar Creek Falls and head to the rock pools. Take a swim or enjoy the views. Refresh at Gallery Walk with more than 770 shops, pub, cafes and restaurants for lunch. Stop by Natural Bridge: waterfall by day and glow worm cave by night. Keep a lookout for koalas! Take a break and drop into the Austral Café and Bakery for a traditional milkshake before arriving in 'The Bay'.

Hot Air Balloon Sunrise

For a special moment that is only yours, welcome the morning in by heading up into the sky for a panoramic view of Byron Bay sky and sea turn from pink to blue. To finish the morning in the best way possible, you'll be treated to a champagne breakfast with freshly-baked muffins, fruit and granola finished with a coffee or tea. You'll have the rest of the day to explore some places you haven't been to yet or return to some favourites.
