Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at the airport and taken to your hotel. After checking in, you'll head out on a city drive along “9 de Julio”, the widest avenue in the world. You'll visit Plaza de Mayo, the Metropolitan Cathedral, stroll along “Caminito” to admire the colourful streets, the beautiful green spaces in Palermo, Recoleta and you'll end your tour with a visit to the Recoleta cemetery. This morning, you'll head north to the capital’s outskirts. Tigre is a popular weekend getaway for many "porteños" and boasts many summer homes as well as yacht and rowing clubs. You'll take a one-hour boat excursion along the Paraná Delta and its channels, rivers, streams, and numerous islands, appreciating the lush vegetation. In the evening, you'll head to El Viejo Almacén, a must-do in Buenos Aires. You'll spend the night enjoying tango show with great food, music, singing and dancing.

Today, you'll travel to San Antonio de Areco. Here, you'll take a walking tour of the village, including a visit to the historical heart of the city. Afterwards, you'll continue to the ‘El Ombu de Areco’ ranch. Once at the estancia, you can take rides on the horses or go for a ride in a sulky. At lunchtime, you'll enjoy a typical country-style barbeque prepared using only the finest quality meats. Dessert is accompanied by a folklore show, which is followed by a demonstration of gaucho skills.

You'll walk around the main square, see the stunning colonial buildings like the Salta Cathedral and the High Mountain Museum (MAAM). You'll cover 100 kilometres of paved road and 250 kilometres of gravel road reaching an altitude of 4,500 metres. You'll be in a 4WD with a professional driver-guide with snacks and water on board.

There are two options: one is recommended to explore the remote area of Mina Casualidad (Mina Julia), perfect if you don't mind in spending a full day on the 4x4 in order to reach some of the most amazing natural sights of the Puna. The other option is recommended to get to know the area of Tolar Grande, with the possibility of doing fantastic short hikes and enjoying the landscapes, with only a few kilometres of driving.

Coined the most beautiful drive in one of the most beautiful regions of Argentina, Quebrada de Cafayate is a spectacular sight of natural formations of red earth shaped by wind, water and tectonic activity.
