Today, you'll head out to explore the Vitu Levu Coral Coast. The first attraction in Sigatoka is the UNESCO-awarded Sigatoka Sand Dunes. Your tour will take you to the top of the dunes where you have a stunning view of the coast. In the afternoon, make your way to Kula Wild Adventure Park, which is located in a forested area about eight kilometres from Sigatoka. Kula Wild Adventure Park is all about protecting the most threatened bird and reptile species and increasing their population.

Today, you'll make your way to the Coral Coast, which is only a short ride from Sigatoka. The Coral Coast is an 80-kilometre stretch of white beaches and secluded bays along the southern shores of Viti Levu. There are many activities you can do; from surfing lessons to snorkelling tours and jungle treks – the options are endless and will likely keep you busy for at least two days. You'll have a relaxed evening at the beach and your hotel.

Begin your day with a relaxing yoga session and a delicious breakfast at your hotel. You'll then have a free day to spend as you please. Besides all the water activities that you can do, a jungle trek with a local guide is one of the best. In the afternoon, you can go kayaking, try stand-up paddleboarding or go snorkelling in a coral reef only metres away. If you prefer a quiet afternoon, consider taking part in a free coconut jewellery class or relax in the hammocks on the beach.

Today, you'll transfer to Fiji’s capital city, Suva, which is about 1.5 hours from the Coral Coast. Whilst Suva is not the prettiest of towns, it is the capital city and has a few things worth discovering. There’s Suva’s main market, which is full of local vegetables and fruits, and the Fiji museum where you can learn about the history of the Fiji Islands. If you feel Suva is not your thing, you may also spend the afternoon at Colo-i-Suva Forest Park, excellent for hiking and swimming.

Today, you’re going to head to paradise! After breakfast, you'll transfer to Bau Landing. The Toberua Island Resort crew will pick you up at Bau Landing and take you on an idyllic 40-minute boat ride to the small island. Once in Toberua, you'll settle into your accommodation and have a relaxed afternoon and evening on this little gem of an island. For the duration of your stay at Toberua Island Resort, you'll be able to take part in a number of complimentary island activities.

Today, you can use your free day to go scuba diving with Toberua Divers, a fully equipped PADI dive centre offering diving and courses for adults and children. If you wish to experience diving in the tropics, the experienced team can show you Toberua’s underwater gardens, sea life and natural beauty. Alternatively, you could visit Dromuna or Vatani, two neighbouring villages. You can take a tour of a Fijian village and experience a traditional kava ceremony and Meke dance.

Today, after two relaxing island days, you’ll leave Fiji’s main island Viti Levu today and catch a flight to Taveuni. Paradise offers a number of activities to guests on a daily basis. If you are looking at doing something besides scuba diving or relaxing, don’t worry, Paradise and Taveuni are full of adventures all around. If you’re a thrill-seeker why not try Wild Boar Hunting or jumping off waterfalls with some of the purest water in the world, Taveuni has it all.

Today, you'll have the day free to explore the island of Taveuni, the third-largest island in Fiji home to lush jungles, secluded waterfalls, beautiful beaches and plenty of wildlife. If you have the chance, go on a half-day or full-day trek in Bouma National Heritage Park, which makes up one-third of Taveuni. Explore the Fijian flora, see native wildlife and take a dip in the famous Tavoro Falls. You can also check out the Waitavala Water Slide, which is, in fact, a natural rock slide.

Besides the rainforests, Taveuni is most famous for its excellent dive sites. Both the Rainbow Reef as well as the Somosomo Strait are often considered some of the world’s top dive sites. They’re home to healthy coral gardens and over 1500 species of fish. Whether you’re a diving novice or professional diver, it is recommended to take a half-day or full-day dive (or snorkel) trip with any of the dive shops on Taveuni to see the colourful underwater world yourself.

This morning, you'll say goodbye to Paradise on Taveuni Island and you'll take a domestic flight from Taveuni Airport to Savusavu. Once you’re in Savusavu, you'll transfer to your accommodation and, perhaps, have a stroll around this gorgeous harbour town. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés on the waterfront to enjoy some delicious Fijian cuisine.

The hills and valleys surrounding Savusavu are covered in lush rainforest and offer incredible hiking opportunities. You can choose to go on a guided trek to explore the colourful and diverse flora and fauna as well as some stunning cascades and natural pools. If you’re looking for some more action-filled adventures, consider booking a half-day river tubing tour. Alternatively, you can relax at your resort and enjoy some downtime, the choice is yours.

Today, you’re going to fly back to Nadi, which is by far the fastest way to get back to Viti Levu. In the afternoon, you can take a walk around Nadi. You can visit Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple, which is an impressive and very colourful complex with woodcarvings of Indian Hindu deities. If you need to buy some last-minute souvenirs, then you should head to Nadi Handicraft Market.

Today, you'll take a day trip to the Mamanuca Islands. The Mamanuca Group is made up of 20 small volcanic islands, some tiny coral atolls surrounded by sand bars and palm-fringed beaches. You will take a sightseeing cruise through the beautiful archipelago and spend some time on a tiny island that you have all to yourself. You can do some snorkelling and other activities and enjoy breakfast, lunch and several snacks aboard the vessel.
