In the morning, you'll have some free time to explore Hanoi at your own pace. In the afternoon, you'll join your guide to see the cultural and historical highlights, comprising of the Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake right in the heart of Hanoi and the Old Quarter which consists mainly of 36 Old Streets divided and named according to their craft guides in the past. In the evening, you'll enjoy a water puppet show, created during the Ly Dynasty.

Today you will take part in a wet rice-growing private eco-tour. Rice is the staple diet across all of Asia and is at the heart of Vietnamese culture. In this tour, you'll learn how to cultivate rice in the fields and experience the hardships of Vietnamese farmers. Don your wellington boots with the kids and get to work with your guide as you are walking through the process! After your tour, you'll enjoy lunch with a local family before making your way back to Hanoi.

Today, you'll transfer to Halong Bay where a wonderful two-day cruise awaits you. Halong Bay is one of the most magnificent scenic spots in all of Vietnam and was recognised as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site in 1994. Halong is a picturesque bay with almost 2,000 islets rising from the clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Tonkin. You'll check into your cruise for two days in the tranquillity of Halong Bay.

You can enjoy the morning view of the beautiful landscape with a cup of coffee or tea and have breakfast in the fresh air. You will visit the impressive Cave of Halong Bay – Surprising Cave (Sửng Sốt) with your tour guide, a truly awesome and amazing cave to experience. You'll then check out of your cabin and settle your bill as the boat begins cruising back to the harbour. Back on land, you'll jump in the car and travel to the airport for your flight to Da Nang where you'll transfer to Hoi An.

You'll start the walking tour at the Culture and History Museum where you will learn about the history of this charming and peaceful town before you walk around the small market. You'll then walk along the main street to the Chinese Assembly Hall of Fujien Chinese community. You'll continue to the river bank along narrow streets to the Japanese Covered Bridge built in the early 17th century. In the afternoon, you will cycle to a village where they make colourful lanterns for a lesson.

In the morning, you'll head off on the Farming & Fishing Life tour. Accompanied by your guide, you'll commence the day by cycling along country roads witnessing local Vietnamese rural life first-hand, discovering all manner of photo opportunities. You will also experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you along the way. Later, you will board a private boat for a river cruise to meet and engage with local fishermen and enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing.

This morning, you'll check out and drive to Da Nang Airport to catch your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you'll be collected and taken to your hotel. After a few hours to relax, you'll start off your Saigon night tour by Vespa! Throughout the night, you'll try a variety of food and drinks at two local restaurants and samplings of Saigon’s best authentic street food. This tour includes free-flowing drinks and all you can eat, so come with an appetite!

This morning, you'll visit the Cu Chi Tunnels – a national symbol of Vietnamese courage! Cu Chi was an important base during the American War, because of its strategic location. The Viet Cong built a 200-kilometre-long network of tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelter and weapon factories. Today, the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction and experience of what underground life in the war must have been like - an educational addition to Vietnam family holidays.

There’s an enchanted castle, although ‘cursed’ might be a better adjective. There are rides, characters, shows – all the things you would expect at a theme park. Yet, there’s just something a little odd. In Vietnam, there is no Disney. When you want to head to the ‘Happiest Place on Earth’, your best option is the Suoi Tien Theme Park, on the fringes of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). It is a burst of fun, terror, humour and angst – all at once.

This morning, you'll be transferred to Can Gio. Upon arrival at Dan Xay Bridge, you'll take a boat or canoe to visit the Vam Sat Eco–Tourist zone. You'll enjoy some crab fishing and crocodile fishing on a boat before having lunch at the Carrot Restaurant. Later in the afternoon, you'll visit the Forest Park (Monkey Island), the Can Gio Museum and the Mangrove Forest Park Fauna Conservation then take a canoe to visit the Mangrove Forest before you travel back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Today you will be transferred to Mui Ne. the driver takes around five hours with stops to stretch your legs. Upon arrival at your hotel, there is nothing on the itinerary except relaxing by the pool, enjoying a refreshing drink or heading down to the beach to play in the waves and soak up the sun.

Once a quiet fishing village, Mui Ne rose to fame because of its strategic position next to Vietnam's sand dunes – one of only three of its kind in the world as the dunes are partly formed from sand deposits from the Mekong. Today, Mui Ne is a resort town lined with beachfront resorts that proves popular with kite-surfers due to its easterly positioning. You can while away the day on the beach or by the pool if the coastal wind is too strong.

Today, you have yet another day to make the most of this beautiful beach resort. If you're feeling a little more active, you can hit the dunes for a sand-boarding adventure or perhaps a sand buggy ride! Alternatively, you can head to the hotel's pool or private beach and while away the day enjoying the view and the sunshine. Today is the last day of your Vietnam trip, so whatever you do, make the most of it!
