Upon arrival at Casablanca airport, you'll be met by your driver and transferred to your hotel to check-in and begin your Morocco holiday. The rest of the day will be at your leisure to relax after your journey or to explore the city on your own - the choice is yours. In the evening, you'll have dinner at the hotel.

This morning, you'll head out on a city tour of Casablanca visiting the United Nations Place, the Habbous Quarter, the Mehkam (court), the residential area of Anfa and the Hassan II Mosque. You'll then travel to Rabat, the capital of the kingdom, where you'll head out on another city tour to visit the Hassan Tower, the Mohamed V Mausoleum, the Kasbah of the Oudayas, the medina and the Remparts of the Meshouar surrounding the royal palace.

This morning, after breakfast, you'll depart for the famous blue city of Chefchaouen, noted for
being one of Morocco’s most picturesque towns. This is a holy city with some 20 mosques and sanctuaries. For most travellers though, Chefchaouen’s chief appeal is in its incredibly photogenic streets with the white-and-blue-washed houses. Upon arrival, you'll have some free time to explore the old medina and have lunch before you check into your hotel.

After breakfast, you'll leave for Meknes, a city known as the Moroccan Versailles, founded at the end of the 17th Century by Moulay Ismail. You'll visit the Bab Mansour, the most preserved gate in Morocco, Royal Stables and the Old Medina. You'll then head into the wine region of Morocco where you'll visit the famous Domaine de la Zouina’s, a 63-hectare vineyard that produces some of Morocco’s best wines, for a wine tasting. You'll then continue to Fes for the evening.

After breakfast, you'll head straight out to enjoy a Moroccan patisserie class with a professional local pastry chef. After lunch on your own, you'll meet your guide for an afternoon tour of the medieval section of town known as the Medina. You'll visit the Medersa Bou Inania, the outside of the Karaouine
Mosque, the Nejjarine Fountain, the market, the famous leather tanneries quarter and the legendary souks with varied colours for crafts and bargains.

After breakfast, you'll head out of the city to visit the 12.5-hectare farm, Les Domaine de la Pommeraie, which produces a varied range of organic Morocco goat cheese as well as honey with multiple aromas, aromatic and medicinal plants. You will be invited to taste different kinds of goat cheese which are
produced using an ancient Amazigh (Berber) method of fermentation. In the afternoon, you'll return to Fes and have the rest of the day free to spend as you wish.

After breakfast, you'll leave for Marrakesh crossing the Middle Atlas passing through Immouzer, Azrou and Ifrane, a charming ski resort in the heart of a magnificent cedar forest. You'll stop at Beni-Mellal to enjoy a moment of relaxation and some lunch. Slowly Marrakesh will appear as the red earth of the country begins contrasting with the clear blue sky and the eternal green palms. Upon arrival, you'll head straight to Jemaa El Fna Square for a food tasting tour.

This morning, you'll head out for a guided tour of Marrakesh, the second-oldest imperial city known as the "Pearl of the South". You'll visit the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace and Dar Si Said Museum. After lunch, you'll be free to explore Marrakesh as you wish. You can visit the souks with their maze of colourful alleys and small squares. As evening approaches, you can head to the famous Jemaa El-Fna Square with its fire-eaters, fortune tellers, street musicians and snake charmers.

After breakfast, you will escape to a nearby organic farm to learn how to prepare and cook a Moroccan meal while enjoying the non-touristy countryside. Upon arrival, you will be taken around the organic farm and welcomed with a mint tea along with a demonstration of how to prepare traditional Moroccan tea. Then, you'll learn to cook Moroccan food in the fresh organic farm in an open space. You'll make bread, three types of tagine, couscous with vegetables, three kinds of salads and a dessert.

This charming town was always an important port and it also became a haven for artists and musicians from all over the world. You will visit an argan cooperative on the way and stop for lunch at Domaine Val D’argan which will include a wine tasting. The afternoon will be devoted to exploring Essaouira on your own.

In a friendly and casual atmos­phere, the work­shop will teach you how to pre­pare a tra­di­tional meal that you could then eas­ily repro­duce for your friends and fam­ily.
