After breakfast, your best of Sri Lanka tour will take you to a rural village in Hiriwaduna. The trek begins with a beautiful walk along to a man-made reservoir. You will also experience a boat ride, bullock cart ride, paddy fields and enjoy an authentic Sri Lankan lunch. Late afternoon, visit Dambulla Cave Temple, the largest cave in Sri Lanka, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After breakfast is a good time to climb the Sigiriya Lion Rock Fortress. The climb to the summit takes approximately 60-90 minutes. The terraced top has breathtakingly beautiful panoramic views of the vicinity. Later proceed to Kandy and visit a spice garden for an introduction to Sri Lankan indigenous Ayurveda plants, spices and enjoy a free 15-minute Ayurveda massage.

After breakfast, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy and take part in the daily morning veneration ceremony. The Temple of the Tooth Relic is located in the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy, you'll see the amazing paintings and ancient architecture during this visit. The Kandy city tour includes visits to the Gem Museum, Wood Carving Factory and Kandy Lake followed by an entertaining Kandyan Cultural Dance Show performance.

En route to Ella, you will visit the Damro Labookelle Tea Centre to learn about the Ceylon tea making process as well as to taste different kinds of Ceylon tea. Visit the magnificent Nine Arch Bridge in Ella, built under the British rule, using only stone bricks and cement due to lack of steel resources. Later in the afternoon embark on a hike to Ella Rock. The panoramic views it provides with mist and cloud covering the area is mesmerising and a treat to experience.

If you like starting your mornings with a refreshing trek, then you must visit Little Adam's Peak. This lovely hike takes about 2-3 hours to reach the top. The phenomenal views of the valley will give you the best opportunity to take some incredible photos. Experience ziplining on Sri Lanka's first-ever line, located amidst the luscious green estates of Ella offering a bird’s-eye view of the beautiful hills of the island.

Today you will visit Yala National Park early in the morning with a takeaway breakfast. Home to the highest density of leopards in the world and the second-largest national park in Sri Lanka, you will go on a jeep safari in the park and get close to exotic birds, leopards, wild elephants, deer, wild boars, sambars, snakes and crocodiles. You will transfer to Bentota in the afternoon. Relax at the hotel or visit the beach after check in.

Relax on the golden sand beach in Bentota while you soak up the rays and enjoy the view of its an exceptional gradient of colours in the sea. Later in the afternoon, go on a boat ride on the Madu River which is dotted with small islands and the banks which are covered with lush mangrove forests that are home to dozens of incredible animal species. Visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery to see different turtle species and release the fit younglings back to the ocean at sundown.

Relax in the hotel after breakfast and transfer to Colombo to explore the city, which is the capital and the main business hub of Sri Lanka. You can visit historical sites and many other places of interest including the monuments that attest to Sri Lanka's independence. You could also try different mouth-watering street food on offer in Colombo or visit the shopping mall.
