After lunch, a stop at the Surprise Cave and enjoy some beach activities on Ti Top Beach. After a leisurely breakfast, glide along in small boats to the Luon Caves. Passing through the entrance, you come across a tranquil round lake, with monkeys, orchids and high dangerous stone walls. Before returning to the mainland, explore more wonders of creation. You'll arrive at Halong pier around noon, where you will be transferred back to Hanoi before catching an overnight train to Sapa.

Arrive at Lao Cai station early in the morning. You'll have breakfast before heading to Sapa town where you'll leave your luggage at the hotel before trekking to Cat Cat village, where you'll catch a glimpse of the daily life of the Black H’Mong people. After lunch, take the stone path to Dragon’s Jaw mountain, and be rewarded with amazing views. The rest of the day is free to explore Sapa at your own pace.

After breakfast, you'll hop on your bike to Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai Village. A beautiful valley, where you have a chance to meet the Black H'Mong people. You'll help prepare lunch at a local house and share it with the family. After lunch, you'll continue to visit Ta Van Village and the ancient Rock Field with ancient rock carvings before heading back to Sapa where the rest of your evening will be free to enjoy.

After breakfast and check out of the hotel and take a cable car to Fansipan peak, which is the highest mountain in Vietnam and the Indochina Peninsula. After lunch, drive to Silver Waterfall for an enthralling view that stretches up to this 100-metre waterfall before heading back to Lao Cai station. You'll then take an overnight train back to Hanoi.

After an early breakfast, you'll go to the airport for a short flight to Da Nang. You'll stop to have lunch in Da Nang city before paying a visit to the Marble Mountains, named after the five elements: metal, water, wood, fire and earth. Afterwards, drive to Hoi An for a relaxing day in one of the most charming towns in Vietnam, in the evening you can explore Hoi An's bustling night market.

After breakfast, you will cycle to a local farm in the charming little village of Tra Que. Talk to the farmers and join in preparing the land and fertilising it with seaweed from the local lake. Take a foot bath before preparing and eating lunch with the local family. You'll take an afternoon walking tour to Ancient Town including Hoi An Museum of Folk Culture, Old House of Tan Ky and the Japanese Covered Bridge.

After breakfast, you'll take a boat cruise to the Cham islands. This small group of eight islands was recognised by UNESCO as a biosphere. Explore the village, market and get ready to snorkel the clear waters with its diverse underwater world. A seafood lunch is served on the beach and then you'll have more time for water activities or just relaxing on the beach.

This morning, you'll check out of the hotel and join the morning market, where you'll purchase some ingredients for your cooking course at Red Bridge restaurant and enjoy what you have cooked. Afterwards, you'll transfer to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, meet your driver and head to the hotel, once you're checked in you are free to enjoy the city.

After breakfast, you'll head to the War Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace, the site of the end of the Vietnam War in the Fall of Saigon on April 30th, 1975. Then, you'll head to the Notre Dame Cathedral and next door, the Saigon Central Post Office, perhaps the grandest post office in all of Southeast Asia. You'll have a casual lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Opera House, Chinatown and in it, Ba Thien Hau Temple.

Today, you will continue your tour from Vietnam to Cambodia and take a morning flight to Siem Reap. On arrival and transfer to the hotel for check-in and light refreshment. In the afternoon, you'll visit some temples such as Wat Bo and Preah Ang Chek Preah Ang Chom, which are located in town. The rest of the day is then free for you to explore the local streets and eateries and get to know Siem Reap, a town that has a lot to offer besides famous temples.

Today, you will be taken on a full-day tour of the famous Angkor temples such as Angkor Thom, Bayon, Angkor Wat and Ta Prohm. After lunch, you'll visit the famous Banteay Srei temple and the Landmine Museum to learn about Cambodia's devastating recent history, only a matter of 20 years ago. Then, you'll return to Siem Reap town to relax or cool off in your hotel pool before later exploring the Angkor Night Market.

This morning, you'll take a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake to visit Chong Kneas, which is the floating village at the edge of the lake. This area is the closest and most accessible area of the lake to Siem Reap, and also the largest in the country. Then, you'll return to Siem Reap town for lunch before heading to the Angkor Silk Farm and the National Museum to learn about Cambodia's past. In the evening, you may want to head to the local microbrewery to taste some beers.
