Today, you'll travel from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Split to one known as Trogir, both places rich with history, great people and breathtaking food. Before arriving in Trogir, you'll spend the morning exploring Krka National Park, a stunning landscape home to seven waterfalls and also the second-highest density of lavender in Europe. When you arrive in Trogir, you'll find yourself in a city of beautiful medieval architecture, a stunning waterside and vibrant markets.

Today, you'll head to the beautiful setting of the Cetina River and Gorge for an adrenaline and fun-filled day. Your morning will begin by kayaking down the Cetina River, enjoying the sights and the beautiful crystal clear waters as you float along, occasionally taking on the rapids. In the afternoon, you'll swap floating on the river for floating in the air as you enjoy a ziplining adventure across the Cetina Gorge. This will be a day to remember!

Today, you'll jump aboard a catamaran and head to the island filled with lavender and sunshine, Hvar. Once you arrive and have checked into your hotel, you'll venture out on a tour of the historic and truly beautiful island. You'll enjoy wonderful views and absorb the nature around you, whilst listening to stories about the island's life. In the evening, you'll head to a traditional Croatian restaurant where you'll taste the most outstanding lavender delicacies and local food.

Today, you'll take a tour of the fascinating Blue Cave and stunning Pakleni Islands by speedboat. The Blue Cave is a natural phenomenon; sunlight creeps through a small gap in the roof of the cave and bounces off the limestone bottom, illuminating the water and cave to bright blue. This is only seen at certain parts of the day and the dazzling crystal clear azure waters will be an unforgettable memory. Afterwards, you'll head to the Pakleni Islands, coastal Croatia's little slice of heaven.

A city of perspectives that go from sea to sky: you'll start your day by shores and finish it in the mountains, so you can really take in this fascinating cultural melting pot.

In Croatia, and anywhere for that matter, cooking and eating are an important role in everyday life. What's fascinating is how different cultures treat this as a necessity or as an art in itself. In Croatia, you'll find that the latter becomes evident pretty quickly. You'll spend the most part of the day on a traditional farm with a local family learning to prepare and cook a range of traditional dishes. Challenge yourself and be like a local - dobar tek!

Today, you'll hop over the border to Montenegro to experience the UNESCO-listed World Heritage Site of the Bay of Kotor. Known locally as Boka, this area has been inhabited since antiquity, long before the Middle Ages, and is surrounded by stunning medieval towns, Perast and Kotor being two of them. After exploring these ancient villages and taking a trip to the famed island in the middle of the bay, you'll head to the scenic town of Budva before heading back to Dubrovnik.
