You'll start the day by walking through the most spectacular caves in Slovenia, Skocjan.A unique natural phenomenon, the Skocjan Caves are the creation of the Reka River. Springs from below the Snežnik Plateau allow the river to flow some fifty-five kilometres below the surface. Next, you'll head to the Lipica stud farm, the home of the endemic Lipizzaner horses, the stable dates back to 1580. In the evening, you'll return to Bled where you will spend the evening.

From Bled, you'll drive over the mountain pass, Vršič, towards the emerald river, Soča. You'll stop en route to see the remains of World War One and drive to the famous wine-producing region of Goriška Brda to taste some world-famous wine. Goriska Brda is a tiny area that is bursting with life and natural wonder with the stunning blue waters of the Soca River running through it. You'll spend the night in a local farmhouse.

Halfway through your Slovenia and Croatia itinerary, you'll drive towards Ljubljana for a walk through the old town through the vibrant streets and along the river to enjoy the picturesque Baroque and Art Nouveau architecture. Then, you'll continue towards Plitvice lakes with some stops along the way. On arrival, you'll check-in and have time to relax.

You'll start the day with a walk through the Plitvice National Park admiring the lakes, waterfalls and spectacular scenery. Then, we journey from Plitvice towards Dalmatia and its biggest town, Split. Upon arrival, walk through the old town with the 1700-year-old Diocletian's Palace and absorb the atmosphere of the vibrant street life. Split is the cultural and art centre of Croatia which has preserved the country's heritage for centuries.

In the morning, you'll continue to one of the most beautiful islands along the Adriatic coast, Hvar and an interesting town with the same name. The ancient town has a rich history and could be almost likened to a fairytale with all with beautiful architecture, traffic-free stone streets, mild climate and wonderful wildlife. You'll take a leisurely walk through the old town, with the added possibility of a tour of the Devils islands that are near the town.

After breakfast you'll head on, driving across to Hvar island towards Dubrovnik. Upon arrival, you'll take a guided tour of Dubrovnik with a local guide where you will visit the old pharmacy and a Franciscan monastery. In the evening, you'll walk along the spectacular city walls to admire the wonderful view.
