Itinerary
Day 1
Maun to Tuskers Bush Camp

Upon arrival at Maun Airport, your host from Tuskers Bush Camp will meet you and drive you the 1.5-hour journey to the lodge to start your Botswana tour. Settle in and enjoy the view with some refreshments before departing for an evening game drive. Enjoy sundowners at a scenic spot in the bush and a short night drive back to camp where a campfire will be waiting to welcome you. Dinner will be served in the dining tent, followed by your first night in the Botswana wilderness.

Day 2
Game Drives from Tuskers Bush Camp

An early wake-up call will be met with coffee and rusks at the main area of camp before you depart on a morning game drive through the pristine Tuskers concession. After your morning activity, return to the lodge for breakfast, followed by an afternoon siesta. Spend some time with a pair of binoculars overlooking the waterhole in front of the camp. Lunch will be served before you depart on an afternoon sundowner game drive. Dinner is served, followed by your last night in a Tuskers safari tent.

Day 3
Tuskers to Xobega Island Camp

Embark on the 3.5- to 4.5-hour road transfer through the Moremi Game Reserve to Xobega Island Camp. This is a complete game drive experience as the transfer takes you from Tuskers, into Moremi’s Khwai Gate through the reserve, along the Khwai riverfront and stopping to enjoy a picnic lunch. Experience a motorboat cruise for 1.5 hours through the Delta waterways. After refreshments, enjoy a sunset boat cruise. Return to camp for dinner and your first night on Xobega Island.

Xobega Island Camp

This morning is an early wake-up call followed with coffee and breakfast. You then depart for a long cruise through the Okavango Delta. Upon returning to camp, freshen up before lunch is served in the dining tent. High tea is served later in the afternoon and a sunset cruise complete with sundowners awaits to end the day. After your sunset cruise, return to camp to enjoy the campfire and a three-course dinner before tuning in for your last night on Xobega Island.

Day 5
Xobega Island to Motswiri Botswana
Hide details
It will be an early morning wake up, followed by breakfast and departure. Enjoy the 1.5-hour boat cruise from to Xakanaxa boat station to connect with your transfer to Xakanaxa Airstrip - the light air transfer out of Moremi to Motswiri Airstrip in the Selinda Reserve. On arrival, board the game vehicle transfer to camp. Settle in and freshen up before departing on an afternoon game drive. The evening brings a convivial night around the campfire followed by a three-course dinner.

Wake up before dawn to enjoy a light breakfast before heading out into the Selinda Reserve on foot for an awe-inspiring walking safari led by an experienced and passionate trails guide. After a few hours out in the bush, you'll return to camp for lunch. A relaxed afternoon at camp is a welcome way to spend the day before embarking on an afternoon game drive with sundowners in the bush.
