Day 1
Free Time in Siem Reap
Hide details 
Arrive at Siem Reap airport, welcome by our guide and transfer to check in at hotel. Enjoy the afternoon at the hotel swimming pool and lush tropical garden or walk 5 minutes to the heart of Siem Reap, where you can walk around Pub Street, the Old Market, Banks and tourist area.

Visit Angkor Temples

Set off on your 1 week Cambodia itinerary with a visit to the South Gate of Angkor Thom: the complex includes Bayon, Baphoun and Baksei Chamkrong, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. We'll stop for lunch in a local restaurant and in the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat, the most famous temple in the complex. Your guide will introduce you to the Angkor Empire and its vital part in not just Cambodian history but Southeast Asian.

Visit Rolous Group & Banteay Srei

In the morning visit the Rolous Group and in the afternoon Banteay Srei. While these temples are a little further out, their importance within the temple complex becomes apparent as you walk through. On the way back, stop in a village for a fresh coconut to observe how Cambodian people make palm sugar and work in the rice fields, depending on the season. After that visit Banteay Samre temple to catch the sunset.

Boat Tour on Tonlé Sap Lake

Enjoy a morning boat tour on Tonlé Sap Lake to visit the floating villages and see how the local people live. Known as 'the Great Lake' this the largest freshwater lake in Cambodia. After the tour, take a flight to Sihanoukville for a great and relaxing time on the beach. You'll also have time to explore some of the islands.

Free Day in Sihanoukville, Snorkel on Koh Rong Island

You are free at leisure to relax on the beach. Koh Rong is an island and known for its sandy coves and coral reefs, like those around the pier that you will see when you arrive. Inland, the dense jungle terrain is dotted with coconut palms and waterfalls. In the south are jewel-orchids, a small zoo home to butterflies, snakes, and birds and lively Police Beach, a party spot popular with backpackers.

Kbal Chhay Waterfall and Seeing Hands Massage

In the morning, you have the option of going to Kbal Chhay waterfall which was once the water source for Sihankoukville until the Khmer Rouge made it a hideout. In the afternoon, you have the optional service of "Seeing Hands Massage" offering professional Anma and shiatsu massage. All income generated given directly to the blind therapists.
