As you walk through the ages of history and past the magnificent landmarks of ancient Greece, you'll be in awe of the history of Athens. You'll spend your time here strolling through the beautiful alleys of the Plaka neighbourhood, tasting Greek cuisine and enjoying the bustling historic centre.
Moving on, you'll sail to the whitewashed island of Sifnos. As soon as you land on the island of Sifnos, the aroma of fresh herbs and olive groves will hit your senses. Home to many poets and the first well-known chef in Greek history, Sifnos is a culinary paradise and has a dreamlike quality.

Day 1
Welcome to Athens

On arrival, you will be met by your assistant and transferred to your hotel. Detailed information will be presented to you about all art and music events taking place in Athens during your stay, also a list of fine restaurants for the best taste of Athens. This first day is an opportunity for a walk in the centre, stroll into the picturable alleys of Plaka area, see the Acropolis and Parthenon and enjoy some Ouzo along with heavenly taste mezedes with the view of Acropolis.

Sail to the Island of Sifnos!

Today, you'll travel to the Island of Sifnos! Your driver will transfer you to the port for your cruise to Sifnos Island. As you approach, light reflecting off the whitewashed houses at traditional villages that sit along the crest of the island & the aromas of herbs & olive groves fill the air. The Island of Sifnos, home to many poets and first well know chef in Greece is a culinary paradise & has a dreamlike quality. You'll have the rest of the day to enjoy the island after your journey

Beach Life on the Island of Sifnos

Today, you can fill your day with whatever you please. Isolated beaches and original tastes at taverns just in front of the beach are a speciality of Sifnos. This peaceful escape from the more popular islands of Greece is regarded as the tastiest in the Cyclades. Sifnos is closely associated with Tselemendes, who is regarded as the first Greek chef from the 20th century. Since this declaration, the island has gone from strength to strength in the culinary world.

Day 4
Cruise around the Island of Sifnos

Today, you can once again fill your day with whatever you please. There is lots to see and do on Sifnod, from its beautiful beaches to hiking opportunities and more. As a suggestion, you should embark on a day cruise around the island to visit the isolated beaches you can't reach by car and go swimming in the crystal clear waters. The cruise can be arranged for you if this is something you would like to do.

Day 5
Cooking Class on a Sifnos Farm

Today, you'll enjoy a private traditional cooking lesson on a beautiful farm in Sifnos! One of the most interesting and fascinating experiences in Sifnos island is to participate in a traditional cooking class.
The island, birthplace of Nicholas Tselementes and a number of other master chefs, has a rich variety of gastronomic traditions. Sifnos cuisine is based on vegetables and locally grown herbs, through simple and savoury recipes from the past.

Day 6
Back to Athens

Today, you'll say goodbye to island life as your driver takes you to the port for your ferry back to Athens, which will take 4-5 hours. Upon arrival in Athens, you'll have the rest of the afternoon and evening to spend as you wish. This is the perfect opportunity to visit any of the sights or neighbourhood of Athens that you haven't yet had the chance to, such as the Parthenon or the Temple of Olympian Zeus.
