Day 1
Welcome to Your Thermal Waters Resort Haven in the Međimurje Region of Croatia

A private transfer from the Zagreb airport will whisk you to Međimurje in Northern continental Croatia where you'll check into your four-star thermal waters hotel. After some time to freshen up, you'll have a BIOScan and HRVScan of your body and propensity for certain health problems along with an individual 30-minute counselling session with your Healthness Manager to set the tone for your detox programme at this award-winning retreat. You'll enjoy a vegetarian detox dinner in the evening.

After a nutritious breakfast, you'll meet with your healthness manager for day two of your detox programme. Today, you'll enjoy a re-energising yoga session, mindfulness meditation and detox breathing. Next, the quad tour will have you discover the surroundings of your resort. Afterwards, you'll enjoy a delicious gourmet three-course lunch at a local Terbotz restaurant with a wine tasting. In the afternoon, you will be pampered by a Vedaroma massage with the use of the sauna and steam rooms.

Continuing Your Detox Programme at the Retreat and Exploring Međimurje

After a nutritious breakfast, you'll meet your healthness manager. You'll then begin an exploration of Međimurje's colourful and scent-laden sights, smells and sounds, taking advantage of nature in the resort surroundings with the experience of a wine tasting at the local Farm Hažić, followed by lunch with typical Međimurje region dishes offered there. You'll return to your hotel for further hedonistic explorations of the thermal pools and soothing and unwinding spa services.
