On this 4-day trip, visit Siem Reap and be introduced to the famous temples of Angkor Wat: Angkor Thom, Banteray Srei, Ta Prohm, Prea Khan and Neak Pean. Day 1
Angkor Wat and Optional Spa Treatment

We take you to the historic sights of Angkor Wat. This huge complex is the largest religious monument in the world. Angkor Wat is just one of many temples built in the 12th century. Before dinner you have an option of a spa treatment. The calming aspect of the healing reflects traditional, non-clinical and holistic based therapies, and are performed by local female and male therapists who have 15 years experience.

Full Day Temple Tour

This morning we explore Angkor Thom, the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer empire. It was established in the late 10th-century and at the centre is the Bayon. After lunch we visit the 10th-century Cambodian temple dedicated to the Hindu God Shiva, Banteay Srei temple. This temple is considered by many to be the jewel in the crown of Angkorian art. It is cut from stone of a pinkish hue and includes some of the finest stone carvings in the world.

Day 3
Tonle Sap, Ta Prohm, Preak Khan and Neak Pean Temples

We start the day watching the floating market activities at Tonle Sap, the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. Then a visit to the so-called 'Tomb Raider Temple', Ta Prohm and the Preah Khan temple; one of the most significant buildings erected during the ancient Khmer empire. Our last stop is the small temple of Neak Pean, where pilgrims wash away their sins in the cleansing waters of the pool.
