Whilst touring around Shan Plateau in southern Myanmar you'll discover hill tribes' culture and many other beautiful sights. The Shan State is structured by mountains which are up to 2,000 metres high and divided into a North and a South portion by Thanlwin River.
You'll embark on a half-day trek to the tribe village of Nanthe, visiting a primary school and a local Buddhist monastery en route. During your time in the village, you'll be able to see what life is like for the Local tribespeople of the Danu tribe.
Towards the end of this 3-day tour, you will see how to produce handmade flower paper, explore an ethnic community, and visit the second largest freshwater lake in Myanmar where you'll be able to witness the Intha people living style in floating villages.
