Overview
Over three days, experience the city that one of the world's greatest rock bands rose to fame in, Liverpool! As well as being the birthplace of The Beatles, Liverpool is a maritime city which played a key role in trade and migration during the 18th to 20th centuries.
Whether you're visiting from within the UK or abroad, Liverpool is a city soaked in history, culture and a warm atmosphere. Being based in the heart of the city in the famous Royal Albert Docks, you'll explore the city seamlessly by an open-top bus, hopping on and off whenever you like.
Not only will you visit the childhood homes of The Beatles and see where they used to play their first gigs, but you'll also visit these places under the guidance of those who have lived through it including The Beatles' original drummer, Pete Best.

Day 1
Liverpool by Open-Top Bus & The Beatles

On arrival at Liverpool Lime Street, you will take a short walk to the fabulous Central Library and Victorian Round Reading Room and board your included open-top bus tour of Liverpool with a live local tour guide. After checking in to your hotel at the Royal Albert Docks in the afternoon, you will have a guided visit to the childhood homes of John Lennon and Paul Mccartney. In the evening, dinner will be served in the hotel.

Liverpool Beatles Tour & Beatles Story Museum

After breakfast, you'll continue your Beatles tour in Liverpool through the Royal Albert Docks to the new Beatles statues on the waterfront and meet your local Beatles Walk tour guide. This tour finishes with a visit to the Cavern Club, where The Beatles famously played many gigs. Next, its the Radio City Tower, also known as St Johns Beacon which rises 138 metres above the city. You'll then take a cruise along the Mersey River for an hour before visiting The Beatles Story Museum.

Casbah Cafe Club & Magical History Museum

After breakfast, you will be taken by taxi to Pete Best's (The Beatles' original drummer) home for a guided tour of the cellar club known as the famous Casbah Coffee Club. Afterwards, the taxi will take you back to the city centre to Mathew Street to visit The Magical Beatles History Museum which features over 300 rare and authentic items which detail the early days of the band's history. You will then have free time to eat lunch and do some shopping in Liverpool One before catching the train.
