You'll take the high-speed train from Madrid to Toledo for the day where you'll take a tour of the city stopping at the most wonderful viewpoints along the way. You'll then head out on a walking tour of the historic centre of Toledo where you'll visit the cathedral, the Jewish quarter, the El Tránsito Synagogue and the San Juan de Los Reyes Monastery, one of the most beautiful monasteries in the Jewish Quarter of Toledo.

Another train trip today to the UNESCO-listed ancient city of Cordoba, where you'll be staying for two nights. Once you arrive, you'll be taken on a walking tour of the beautiful sights of Cordoba including the Mosque-Cathedral, the Jewish Quarter, the Synagogue and the Royal Alcazar. The afternoon in Cordoba is free to do as you wish, you may want to visit Viana Palace or Museo Julio Romero De Torres, an art museum dedicated to the famous painter.

Today, you'll be exploring the vineyards of the Montilla Hills where some of the most beautiful olive oil and wine is produced. You'll visit a local olive oil mill to learn about the extra virgin olive oil production. You'll also head to a local winery right in the heart of the vineyards, where you'll learn everything about a local variety of grapes. Then you'll enjoy a traditional tapas lunch and have the afternoon and evening free to further explore Cordoba.

Today, you'll be heading to Ubeda and Baeza, where you'll discover these jewels of the Baroque and Renaissance era and their main monuments. In Ubeda, you'll visit the famous cathedral that was built on top of a Roman temple and in Baeza, you'll get to visit the recently discovered Water Synagogue. In the afternoon, you will continue making your way to your hotel in Granada where you'll be spending the next few days.
