This special trip plan combines the highlights of two incredible South-East Asian countries. You will travel Vietnam and Cambodia on a journey that takes you from north to south.
You'll start your adventure with a visit to the historical capital of Hanoi, sail through the amazing Halong Bay and discover the charming heritage city dressed in yellow and blue in Hoi An. You'll finish your time in central Vietnam with a cooking lesson with an amazing Vietnamese chef and be able to enjoy the fruits of your labour afterwards.
For the latter part of the trip, you'll travel to Siem Reap and lose yourself in the gigantic mystery of Angkor Wat of the Khmer Kingdom, hopping from temple to temple and catching a stunning sunset over the ancient kingdom.
Upon arrival at Hanoi airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in the centre. Then, you'll take part in a fantastic city tour in Hanoi with a visit to Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda and the Tran Quoc Pagoda. In the afternoon, you'll visit the Temple of Literature, Ngoc Son Temple and nearby Hoan Kiem Lake. You'll enjoy a one-hour cyclo sightseeing tour around Hanoi Old Quarter to get a different perspective. Then, you'll watch a traditional water puppet show.

After breakfast, you will drive to Sapa from Hanoi which will take around five hours. After checking into the hotel, you can take a rest and have lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you'll visit Cat Cat village where you can meet the H'mong ethnic people, enjoy the beautiful view from the village and see the traditional dance performances by the ethnic people.

Today your beautiful trekking tour will start with a short drive out of Sapa town to Y Linh Ho Village. On the way, you can stop at some viewpoints to enjoy the panoramic view of the whole Muong Hoa Valley. You'll start the trekking route to Y Linh Ho village where you will see the stunning view of Muong Hoa valley. You'll discover the daily life of the Black H'Mong minority and their traditional customs and then continue to Lao Chai Village of Black H'mong and to Ta Van Village of Giay.

After an early breakfast, you'll depart to the local ethnic markets where you will see people of different hill tribes. The markets in Northern Vietnam are always the colourful meeting places for the hill tribes, a highlight of any tour of Sapa. Depending on the day, the markets can be held in different regions. You'll have lunch in a local restaurant before being driven back to Hanoi.

In the afternoon, you'll drive back to Hoi An to visit the former merchants' homes, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda and the colourful riverside market. Then, you'll have some time to explore the ancient town.
