Hi, I'm Kevin and I've been helping guests from all over the world travel to Cebu, Philippines and experience Cebu and Central Visayas in its entirety.
Working in this industry has been one of the most fufilling career i've ever done and it gives me the opportunity to be apart of their dream vacation.
Since the Philippines is an archipelago, there is a wide range of activities and destinations available for visiting tourists. From beautiful cityscapes, homey rural town areas, to mesmerizing white sand beaches, the Philippines has it all. However, you do not have to travel to every island in the Philippines to be able to experience what it has to offer. The Central Visayas region boasts a huge variety of fun and exciting activities and tourist spots, which makes it a favorite destination among travelers.
Since the Philippines is still a developing country, a great number of rural areas in the Central Visayas region have little to no opportunities and subsistence. It is one of my great passions in life to find and develop tourism projects that can help these rural communities bring in much needed funds and provide opportunities where not much exists. In support of this goal, I work with several conservation organizations to provide tourism projects that allow our guests to support wildlife conservation while helping with the efforts and learning at the same time.
Among the four major islands that make up Central Visayas, my favorite is Cebu. Not only is it the regional center, but it is also home to the largest city in the region, Cebu City. Cebu City has become a highly urbanized city but tourists can still enjoy rural areas and beautiful beaches. Its the perfect mix of urban and rural which is why Cebu is a highly favored tourist/vacation spot. Cebu is rich with culture that dates way back to the Spanish colonization period. Also, it is well-known as one of the best places to enjoy local street food dishes.
Although there are many reasons to love the Philippines, the one that is most important to me is how the locals treat you and the connections you make with them during your stay. Filipinos are known to be one of the friendliest and hospitable people so you are guaranteed to have the best travel experience.
